The busiest Croatia–Serbia crossing, and the main diaspora route to and from Central Europe. Queues are worst on summer weekends, especially Friday and Saturday mornings into Serbia and on the late-August return. Trucks wait far longer than cars, and it is quietest between 00:00 and 05:00.
Tip. If Bajakovo is jammed, Tovarnik–Šid on the old parallel road is the usual alternate for cars.
