The Montenegrin side is Debeli Brijeg, on the road between Dubrovnik and Herceg Novi. HAK posts waits here in both directions. External EU border, checked both ways.
Tip. Vitaljina, about 10 km south-east, also leads into Montenegro, but Croatian police list it for passengers only. On 1 August 2026 HAK posted 5 h into Croatia here and 1 h 30 min there in the same hour.
